Bridgwater Triples 2011

Nancy, Terry and Mary from Bridgwater (Yeovil A) with helper Dennis on the mat and Colin, Ron and Tessa From Bridgwater (Yeovil B) Made up the two Yeovil teams taking part in the Bridgwater tournament on Sunday 19th June.

Sadly no trophy this year although Yeovil B missed the runner up position by one point.

We were lucky with the weather only a few spots of rain all day.

Although Yeovil B won three of their four games the points total was not quite good enough .

This is a points based competition, four points for shot, three points for second wood and two and one point for third and fourth wood.Yeovil bowlers with helper Dennis

The overall winner was the team from St Austell.

The Bridgwater club provided an excellent lunch and tea.
